It is really clearly that Luno it just out to NOT give good support or rather NOTHING On support. Every I try to use it, all transactions sit as pending!! Really very POOR service and Luno is not really trying to assist

Services need improvement, and please lower service fee for buy crypto and network transfer fee.

The Support is very very slow and repeats it's self when your trying to resolve an issue and now take's 14 days to send crytpo when you sign up!!! what's all that about??? Why would you refer anyone to Luno so they can't use there services for two weeks... What a joke.
back to coinbase and crypto.com for me.

I am trying to send bitcoin using Luno app for free everything was fine but I never received a sms for approval now the bitcoins is hanging there shows all the time waiting for approval .Shows all the time pending .
